Movember is a true blessing. Not only does it result in raising awareness and funds for men's health, but it gives us some pretty awesome mustaches. As far as broadcasters go, the Movember leader in the clubhouse has to be Alexi Lalas. The ESPN soccer analyst was sporting this exquisite look during the network's coverage of the MLS playoff game between San Jose and Los Angeles, which is actually a remnant from his more terrifying Octobeard. (Soon enough we'll find a way to not have to shave for every month of the year, although the Octobeard to Movember transition is such a natural one.)
Lalas of course has sported some pretty outrageous facial hair in his younger days, but the mustachioed look is a keeper, even beyond this month. Movember is still young, so hopefully another contender in the sports world gives him a decent challenge.
