No, it’s not that Dick Vitale has come down with “basketball fever,” that is to be expected come this time of the year. It’s also not that Nurse Ashleigh goes over the doctors head in diagnosing Dick’s illness. Nor is it that onion rings will cure this mysterious “basketball fever.” To me, it is most certainly is the appearance of the Schwab as an extra pumping his fist in delight at Hooters with Dickie V.
