Ryan presented the 2011 broadcast teams for NFL on FOX supplemented with his opinion on each. That night, FOX announced the games each team will be assigned to in Week 1 of the 2011 NFL season. As Ryan noted, Gus Johnson does not start his NFL announcing career with FOX until Week 4 due to his college announcing gig, a travesty.
UPDATE: The CBS broadcast teams were announced recently, as well, which Matt will broke down for you in full (not all were assigned a Week 1 game). Take note that the great Marv Albert is a newcomer and will work games this year with Rich Gannon.
We’ll update this post leading up to Week 1 with links to broadcast maps when they become available. Can’t wait! [Bart Scott voice]
