If you happened to watch the Bills epic collapse against the Jets, then you probably saw the Shaun Ellis fumble recovery to give the Jets the lead. What you may not have seen is the referee on that play getting absolutely destroyed during Ellis’ romp to the endzone. Yep, that’s a broken nose. But at least he didn’t get completely blindsided for no reason like this ref during a High School game in Texas last week.
